2. Non-Refundable Items

2.1. Customized products and items marked as final sale are non-refundable. 2.2. Gift cards and downloadable products cannot be refunded.

3. Return Process

4. Refunds

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us for further instructions.

6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
